We did it, we connned you. We were bored and wanted to challenge ourselves during the pandemic. Tired its endless zoom meetings and the sudden work slow down. So we created the Convict's & Cons conference aka CON-CON.
As a small agency, you sometimes don't get the opportunities for big campaigns or branding briefs. We are not on brand or marketing managers radars or not even considered as a viable option because of our size.
This (Con-Con) is the first attempt of many to come to show we yes we can tackle variety. It is part of our creative playground series where we have fun and let our branding and design skills go wild.
CON CON
IDENTITY
We asked ourselves how cool it would be if we created a forum where all "the best cons and wannabe criminals" could come together under one roof to share their secrets in a Davos style event.
Our goal was simple, create a new fun conference/ expo brand using images we find online and let our creativity go wild. ( The briefs only limitations were we were only allowed to use images for the speakers that were freely available online).
We set out by first developing the brief from the fictional Con-Con Ltd. Creating a background then choosing the target audience of this project. We went through mini a brand strategy session, identified users and set our goals. With further research, we settled upon event speakers, sponsors that would add "credibility" to our criminal enterprise.

Furthermore being in-house, our back-end office support can deliver quick project by project design solutions for their brands for large retail design & POSM presence materials, office interiors & internal communications as well as selected strategic campaigns.





How it's
going
The results of our in-house design presence have already been felt with improved efficiency in the delivery of artwork and minor edits. A central location for all brand assets. Quicker turn around times on simple design items such as branding and marketing collaterals, Improvement in the design quality of internal communications, reduced lead times between design and printing. Happier brand Custodians and quicker turn around on project work for interiors & POSM Units and a team ready to tackle larger scale campaign creative work.
